Market Analysis - For SELLERS, we conduct a thorough Market Analysis of your property with other similar properties in the area to suggest a Selling Price that would be competitive and not overpriced. If a property is overpriced, it reduces the chances of attracting qualified buyers in a timely manner.
Advertising and Marketing - We do an aggressive Advertising and Marketing Campaign for your property which includes listing your property not only on our web site here, but other web sites that will generate many prospective clients that use the internet to find properties. Additionally, we will advertise in the classified section of some of the best newspapers here on a regular basis at no additional cost to the client.
Hotels and Transportation - We can make all the arrangements and reservations for our clients arriving from abroad for their lodging and transportation from and to the airport.
Documentation - We provide all the latest legal documents, agreements, letters and receipt of payments for our clients pertaining to every sale or lease that is negotiated. We also get the required Notary affirmations and Seals to these documents.
Negotiations - We will do all the negotiations for our clients to ensure they receive as close to the "Price" that they want for the property they are selling or buying.
Pre-Qualify Buyers - We conduct a background check on and pre-qualify all serious buyers to ensure that they are capable of providing the agreed upon payments for the property and can qualify for Bank Loans.
Financing - We assist our buying clients, if needed, with securing a Home Loan from a bank of their choosing here if they need to finance their purchase of a property. We are accredited with about 6 major banks here in the Philippines and will help in finding the most suitable loan within their budget requirements.
Making Your Property More Salable - We can suggest to you some of the many inexpensive things that you may need, or want to do with your property, to make it more salable and attractive to prospective clients. These suggestions have proven to get the Sellers higher prices for their properties we have sold in the past.
